We are located at 2500 S. Hardy Dr. Tempe, AZ. Hardy runs north and south between Mill Avenue and Priest and our hospital is between Southern and Broadway on Hardy. If you are heading north on Hardy we will be on the west side of the street (left side) and heading south on Hardy we will be on the right hand side of the street. We are next door to the Tempe Elks Lodge, their camping area is just north of our parking lot.
